I tried uploading to youtube twice and even by not stating oasis in the info it still got blocked straight away. So i uploaded to google (as we have google video bbcode here too) with no Oasis information at all (because it blocked me too) and it worked. Giving Oasis information to both sites seems to be an automatic block, and as google seems to be easier than youtube right now. so...

nope. but the MTV unplugged clips were deleted, despite of that, so i don't think it matters.

No it doesnt, as soon as they saw its MTV they removed because of copyright. Even tohugh theres other people with loads of videos that would also be copyright.
